One platform: find, fix, track
IndexPedia works on the two places where customers now look for businesses: search results, and the answers AI assistants write. For each, it does three things. It finds what keeps your pages or your business out, it fixes what can be fixed, and it tracks whether things improve.
Most tools stop after the first step and hand you a list. IndexPedia writes the fixes, applies them where it can, and keeps checking, so you are never left guessing whether a change worked.
- Find: site scans, Google indexing data, AI crawler access and AI answer checks
- Fix: Fix Kit files, Auto-fix on live pages, AI Profiles and IndexNow submissions
- Track: AI crawler visits, AI referrals, weekly AI answers and run history
Setting up takes about five minutes
Create a free account and add your site. IndexPedia reads your sitemap address automatically. Then upload one small key file to your site to prove it is yours; IndexNow uses the same file. Press Verify and the first run starts straight away.
Optional steps add more: connect Google Search Console to see Google's own status for each page, and add the tracking snippet to record AI crawler visits and apply Auto-fix.
What happens on every run
Every verified site goes through the same cycle automatically: weekly on the free plan, daily on Pro and Agency.
- Read the sitemap: every sitemap file is opened and every address saved with its last-changed date
- Send new and changed pages to IndexNow, in batches of up to 10,000
- Check pages one at a time for the problems that stop indexing, oldest checks first
- Read Google's status for your pages when Search Console is connected (Pro and Agency)
- Test AI crawler access again every week, so a new firewall rule or plugin cannot block AI tools unnoticed
- Propose fixes for titles, descriptions and schema, ready for you to approve
- Group results by problem, with counts, example pages and the fix for each
How each search engine and AI tool is handled
Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam and Yep accept IndexNow, so new pages are sent to them directly and are usually crawled within hours. Bing's index also feeds Microsoft Copilot and is one of the sources behind ChatGPT search.
Google does not use IndexNow and decides on its own schedule. For Google, IndexPedia removes what blocks indexing, keeps your sitemap clean and shows Google's own verdict for each page.
AI assistants are handled from both sides: IndexPedia makes sure their crawlers can read your pages, and asks them the questions your customers ask to see whether they name you.
What IndexPedia does not do
Some promises in this industry are not honest, so here is what we never do. We do not guarantee indexing, rankings or AI recommendations, because search engines and AI assistants make those decisions. We do not buy links, generate fake traffic or use any trick that breaks search engine rules. And we never change your site without your approval.
