Why one check is not enough

AI answers change. Ask the same question twice and you may get a different list. One check tells you where you stand today; only repeated checks show the real direction.

AI Monitoring asks the same customer questions every week, with live web search, and records the answers. Over a few weeks the noise evens out and the trend becomes clear.

What you see each week

  • Whether AI recommended you, and in what position
  • Whether AI knows your business by name
  • Which competitors were named, and who moved up or down
  • New sources AI started to rely on in your area
  • What AI said about you, so wrong facts are caught early

How to use the trend

Make one change at a time, such as publishing your AI Profile or getting listed on a source AI trusts, and watch the following weeks. Because the questions never change, a rise in your numbers reflects a real change in how AI sees you.

AI Monitoring: frequently asked questions

What is AI Monitoring?

AI Monitoring checks every week whether AI assistants recommend your business. It asks the same customer questions each week, live and with web search, and records whether you were named, how well AI knows you, and which competitors it named instead. Over time you see a clear trend instead of a single snapshot.

How much does AI Monitoring cost?

AI Monitoring is $19 a month and you can cancel any time. Your history stays in your account if you cancel.

Which questions are asked each week?

The same ones as your first AI Visibility Check: questions a new customer asks for a business like yours in your city, and questions about your business by name. Keeping the questions fixed is what makes week-to-week changes meaningful.

Why check every week instead of every day?

AI answers vary from one ask to the next. Checking more often mostly measures that noise. Weekly checks are frequent enough to catch real changes and steady enough to show a reliable trend.

What is the difference between recommended and known?

Recommended means AI named you when a customer asked for a business like yours without using your name. Known means AI could describe your business when asked about it directly. Most businesses become known before they become recommended, so seeing both tells you where you are on the way.

How is the weekly score calculated?

Each week's score combines how often you were recommended in discovery answers and how often AI knew you by name. Being recommended carries most of the weight, because that is what brings new customers. The score history shows every week side by side.

Can I see which competitors AI recommends?

Yes. Every check records the businesses AI named instead of you, so you can see who leads in your area and whether that changes over the weeks.

How do I know what caused a change?

Make one change at a time, such as publishing your AI Profile or getting listed on a source AI trusts, and note the date. Because the questions never change, a rise in the weeks after a change is a strong sign that it helped.

Do I need an AI Profile to use monitoring?

No. Monitoring works on its own. But the profile is often what moves the numbers, because it gives AI clear facts to use.

Is this the same as rank tracking?

No. Rank trackers record your position on a page of search results. An AI answer has no fixed positions and no second page; you are either named or not. AI Monitoring reads the answer itself.
